Marvel’s “Black Panther” Looking for Extras

Shout out to the aspiring actors of Atlanta and the outskirts, here’s your chance to make it to the Big Screen. If you think you have the requisite acting skills and wish to experience a great leap forward in your acting career, here’s come your opportunity of a lifetime. If you are a male or female of African American origin, fall within an age bracket of 2 to 56 years and are a resident of Atlanta, GA and vicinity, you are eligible to apply to this call.

About the Film Project

The Black Panther is a feature film tentatively to be released at some time that is yet to be decided in 2017. Once the cast has been finalized, the shooting will commence from January 2017. The filming plan and schedule will be disclosed to the shortlisted candidate only, after it has been finalized and approved.

Background and Storyline

A brainchild of Jack Kirby and Stan Lee, The Black Panther is the main fictional character created for a comic book series. The Black Panther as a fictional character made its debut appearance in the 52nd edition of the Fantastic Four series, in July 1966. The Black Panther stands unique among other similar super hero seeries, for being the first black superhero in Marvel’s Comic Series, long before the Falcon and Luke Cage, Black Lightening or   DC Comic’s Green Lantern John Stewart made their debuts.

The storyline revolves around the emperor of a far off African native lane and his right hand, the Black Panther who is known and admired for being the best warrior of the entire kingdom. The Black Panther is one of the most highly regarded titled of the state that runs hereditary and is awarded to the male offspring of the current title bearer. The person currently holding the title the protagonist of the story has multiple credentials on his profile. He is a billionaire, a scientist by profession, a philanthropist by passion and a natural leader, a diplomat and a super hero people would blindly count on. His kingdom Wakanda is known for being rich in natural resources and famous for the production of wrought Vibranium, the iron allotrope used n Captain America’s shield.

Roles Offered

We are offering multiple lead and extra roles to be finalized as soon as possible. Following are the details and eligibility requisites for the roles offered.

  • The casting call is offered to the actors hailing from African-American ethnicity only.
  • US national of the African decent would be preferred for the roles.
  • We are seeking for males, females and children, all from the African-American ethnic background of varying ages for multiple roles.
  • Anyone with an actual talent and penchant for acting, hailing from an African-American background and aging above 2 years up to 90 years is encouraged to apply.
  • To be more specific on the ethnicity, actors particularly from the Nigerian, Ethiopian, Zimbabwean, Ghanaian and Kenyan origin will be preferred for the roles.
  • The applicants should not have SSN restrictions.

Compensation:

The actors will be paid a compensation of up to $100, depending upon your role.
